Contributions to AltriaPAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. The purpose of AltriaPAC is to provide monetary contributions and support to candidates for federal and state offices. Altria Group, Inc. and its companies will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount of their contribution or their decision not to contribute. Support of AltriaPAC is completely voluntary, and employees may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Contribution guidelines set forth are only suggestions, and employees are free to contribute more or less than the guidelines suggest, or nothing at all. To comply with Federal law, we must use the best efforts to obtain, maintain, and submit the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year.
